An update on market conditions

Unipol are to offer an Owners Market Briefing to all its members including Shields Student Homes and all managed Landlords.

The Unipol Owner's Market Briefing is scheduled to take place on Monday the 30th November 2009. Previous Owner's Briefings have been very well received by those who attended and now that Unipol has completed its second full year of operations we're in an even better position to provide feedback on the market.

This event is invitation only and will provide updated information on student numbers in Nottingham and residential trends. The event will commence at 2:30pm and it is anticipated that the briefing will finish no later than 5.00pm.

The briefing is scheduled to take place on:
