Welcome to Shields Property Maintenance and Facilities Management. We are currently looking to expand our client portfolio. We have been operating in the Student letting sector since 2007 providing property maintenance to landlords. We cover all of Nottinghamshire and specialise in maintenance services for rented Accommodation.

We take on all types of work and will coordinate all trades to meet your individual needs, so no more ringing around different contractors when one call/email to us and we can do it all, including quotes.

You can send us work orders by email or fax. We will then call on your behalf from our list of trusted suppliers and contractors to get you the best job at the best price. We can also liaise with your agent and tenants to access the property to provide a quote or carry out work. This will save you time and money.

We are fast to respond to work orders usually within 24 hours of receipt. Our invoices are very competitive and we will try and price-match a genuine like for like quote.
