Application Form

Please click the link to fill in the tenancy application form.  Ensure that you complete all of the fields within the form.  If you make mistakes or leave fields blank, this may delay your application and you could be charged an administration fee. 

Please note, you can only do this once you have received a tenancy reference from a member of staff at the Lenton Office.  If you do not have a reference code, please do not complete an application form.
