Shields Student Homes offer a comprehensive Letting service to students at both the University of Nottingham and the Nottingham Trent University. We carry out accompanied viewings to help you choose a property that is well suited to your needs as a Student in Nottingham.

We offer properties on ‘rent only’ basis but also utility packages to help assist with utility bills, insurance, phone lines and internet. With the largest number of property available in Lenton and the surrounding areas, you get to choose the option most suited t you and your group. For all Shields Student Homes properties we require a small deposit and admin fee. All you need to do is follow the easy sign-up procedure and the house is yours! The rent will need to be paid by Direct Debit and we take care of everything else.
